LubeGnome
Lube Oil Dialysis Machine
~Fully automatic
~Operates on 120V AC power
~Services two vehicles at a time
~Can be used for synthetic and mineral lube oil vehicles
Two vehicles are parked beside the Gnome each evening before the drivers goes home.
The operator removes the dip sticks from the engines and inserts probe in each engine, or connects the optional quick connect drain coupling to the drain plug adapter in the oil pan of the engine.
The operator then presses the cycle start button for each of the vehicles #1 & #2. The oil probe then starts extracting the lube oil from the engines through the dip stick ports. As the oil is removed, it starts the dialysis process. The dialysis continues through the night for a period of 10 to 12 hours.
After dialysis, the clean lube oil is transferred back to the engine through the same probe. In the morning the probes are removed, dip sticks replaced, and the oil level is checked. Total labor is less than ten minutes per vehicle.
